Umdobi Bush Camp offers 17 spacious campsites set in the indigenous Zululand bushveld. Each campsite is hidden away in the bush to offer peace, privacy and tranquillity to all of our guests. Umdobi Bush Camp is in a unique position to give our guests a private camping experience in the Sodwana area.

Our main ablution is thoughtfully divided into two separate bathrooms — one for males and one for females.Each side features:
🚻 2 toilets
🚿 2 showers (with a space to hang your clothes and towel while you shower)
🪞 2 basins with mirrors

The female bathroom also offers a convenient hand shower in one of the stalls.

We provie reliable hot water, and a traditional donkey backup system ensures warm showers even when the power is out — so you can always freshen up comfortably at Umdobi Bush Camp!

Sodwana Bay Beach

Umdobi Bush Camp is situated a short drive (15 km) from Sodwana Beach. Sodwana is situated within the World Heritage Site of iSamangaliso Wetland Park. Sodwana is renowned for big game fishing, rock and surf fishing, scuba diving and snorkelling. Sodwana Bay is rated one of the top ten destinations for fishing and scuba diving.
